Just how many plumbers is "several"  .....  and why is Charmin so much worse than any other brand on the market?

I don't know about Charmin...but I speak from experience when I say we quit using Northern Quilted because we had too many clogs and toilet overflows....have not had any since we stopped using this brand.

@Tinkrbl44  Everytime we have had a plumber out to 'unclog' pipes, the first thing they ask is - do you use Charmin?  It has been at least 3 (several), different homes in different cities.  They said, that the homes with the most difficulties always tell us they use Charmin.  It has to do with the texture and absorption rate?  I'm not an expert, that's why I had asked them.

I don't care which way it goes on and I put it on whatever way I'm holding it at the time!. But check this out. I have a friend who actually complained to me that ours wasn't over and changed ours AND she changed our paper towels to over too. (We have been friends since we were young and lived in the city together as neighbors. But when she did this, I told her that I find that to be nit picking over nothing!. lol).

This is where it crosses a line for me.  Fine, I want mine 'over' so I put it that way.  But I have no right to go into other peoples' houses and force my opinion (or beliefs, etc) on them.  That is just so patently wrong - and kinda creepy, to tell the truth.  Who goes into other peoples' houses and changes their stuff around to suit them - ick.

I'm not saying 'hang her from the highest tree' or anything. I like that you just said your piece to her, though.  Smiley Happy

Hmm.  Well, I had to ask.  After a piece of TP is flushed and into the sewage system, I'm not sure there's all that much difference between brands.   JMO

Definitely over.  If for no other reason, when toilet paper has a design, you see it if you do it over.

Definately "Under" for me....Grew up with it that way..My husband of 36 prefers it "over"......lol...But, since I change the roll 99 % of the time...it's usaally "under" in our house, and itf it's not, I change it..
