I could never understand where this was funny or remotely good humored.  It is right up there with knocking down mailboxes, throwing out empty beer containers......bah, humbug!

It is only funny if you know the person well who you are doing it to, and you come clean up the mess.

When I was in high school, we did this to my best friend's car one night, totally wrapped it in TP. Even her mom thought it was funny.

When my son was in Jr. High some of his friends did our trees. In the whole scheme of what goes on today, as long as kids/people aren't targeting strangers or doing it maliciously, I don't let it upset me.

and then there the ones including myself who just don't care!

Just how many plumbers is "several"  .....  and why is Charmin so much worse than any other brand on the market?

I don't care which way it goes on and I put it on whatever way I'm holding it at the time!. But check this out. I have a friend who actually complained to me that ours wasn't over and changed ours AND she changed our paper towels to over too. (We have been friends since we were young and lived in the city together as neighbors. But when she did this, I told her that I find that to be nit picking over nothing!. lol).

Cottonelle and White Cloud are the only brands of toilet paper used here.   I was buying Charmin at the time we updated our bathrooms in 2007.   Within one day of I nstalling our new raised toilets, we had a clogged line.   My husband found 2 paper clogs in the line, removed them, and all was good.   Next day, same thing.   Third day, same thing.   Husband went to Lowes to talk to someone about the problem, and the employee asked him if we were using Charmin with a water saver toilet.

That answer was a yes.  The explanation was that the thickness of Charmin expands even more with the water, and the water saver flush feature was only using enough water to flush the thick paper into the trap, or a few feet of the sewer line (in our case), and not thru the entire line to our septic tank.   Holding the handle down longer with each flush defeated the water saver feature, but sent more water thru to push the heavy paper farther past the trap, but subsequently I stopped buying Charmin, and we had no further issues.

Two years ago when our septic tank was pumped, the driver noticed our higher ratio of liquids to solids, and commended us for whatever product we put into our tank to assist with breakdown.  He also commented that apparently we are not Charmin users.

When we were on a septic system, we were advised not to use Charmin.

Definitely UNDER!  What's the matter with all of you overs?

Zita, you and I are in the minority, do we hang our heads in shame?  Heck no, we know we are right.
