I'm so very sorry for your loss Matty. Hero and I sending {{{{{hugs}}}}} and prayers your way. Pluggy is at the bridge playing with all our furbabies who have already left us.

I hope the day comes soon that you will be able to smile when you think of him. Always takes a long time for me, may it be a little easier for you.

Re: Our Pluggy went to the bridge this morning...

Good afternoon all! Tanya and I went this morning to the vet to pick up Pluggy's remains .. I was happy to have Tanya with me. I lost it once again in the vets office. it has been too much these last few days, I cried both for Max and for Plug. I am so proud of my grown up daughter she went in with me and held me as I cried. Then we both cried for our loses and the fact we just have to let them go as we did for all our cats and dogs before them. I am indeed humbled by all of you sweet people to take the time to post poems, beautiful posts pictures and we will cherish them. Thank you once again. It is a indeed a blessing that there are such wonderful folks like all of you when the world around us is in such chaos to come here and read these posts. Gods special blessing to all of you! And your animals too! Anna

Anna, Steven, Tanya and Libby,

I'm so sorry for your loss of Pluggy. I felt like I knew him because of your stories about him. I know he was a very special boy and he will be missed by so many.

I just love the name Plug Lane. It is obvious how much he meant to everyone at the hospital. His memory and work will live on and he will continue to touch others in a special way.

I will hold you all close in prayer during this most difficult time.

Thank you, SharonKay.... It is a truly wonderful wing. It was the children in the heart and cancer ward that had this idea and planned the colors and drew the pictures. Work will continue in this very special wing. Actual pictures of Pluggy in his uniform also is in this very special wing. I love the name too. it warmed my heart to see all of the work that went into this. the children adored Pluggy. Thank you for your prayers it helps more then you ever will know. Anna

How cool is that! I want to see a picture of Pluggy in his uniform. It reminds me of Christy's dad telling us about how we are only given our pets on loan until God needs them again. Thinking of Pluggy being a new star in the sky, I can just see him looking down to check on everyone.

Re: Our Pluggy went to the bridge this morning...

Good evening to all of you... After a good meal for all of us tonight and some fresh air this afternoon .. we all decided to stay home this coming weekend and spend some quality time with our dogs [because, of Plug being the main focus the last few days and all of us taking care of him] We feel our animals we have at home need some tender loving care. W e are going to treat them to a trip to Pet smart for toys and treats and bathes and a grooming. They have been no trouble while we were taking care of Plug and before him Max. If anything they have been a comfort to us now and while our Plug and Max have been ill, and needed from us the extra care and attention. Animals are amazing angels and and they seem to know we were kept busy. Now it is there turn. Have a good night all! Hug your fur kids for me.
