HooverMom: I'm thinking that certain kitties could be allergic to certain kitty litter(s). It's possible. Don't feel bad about choosing 'the wrong one' for your kitty. I, myself, who has had several kitties (not all together) throughout the years, I chose to buy that particular clumping litter, that I mentioned in a previous post, because it was 14lbs., in a plastic container with handle, and on sale. I couldn't resist. Never again. Anyway, my usual litter is the unscented, regular litter (doesn't 'clump') that I have been buying for years at a major supermarket. Huge, heavy bag. What I do is take an empty bowl and 'fill up' (from the large bag of litter) several empty med sized containers, so it's easier to use. Also, we asked the manager to stock 'unscented' litter, as often times, the supermarkets don't order unscented unless you request/ask the manager or corporate headquarters.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I'm so happy to read that your precious Goldie is going better.

Yes, Goldie has become part of our family. That is why I am stressing over him today and on the internet researching this kidney problem. Thank you so much for your best wishes. Enjoy your furbaby!!!

Rormary, Goldie did go in the new litter but seems to want to hop out immediately LOL. He did get his toenails clipped last week-end when this started and maybe the "feel" is not the same for him. Anyway, we will see what this week holds. Thank you so much!!
