I work out with a trainer for an hour 2x a week - weights, kettlebells, rowing - he mixed things up a lot...then two-three days of aerobics (mostly treadmill or fast walking or a CrossFit class) on my own.

I also love to swim but if stuck at home I use a digital gym app www.thegymbox.com, something for everyone there.......
