I don't believe him. I'm sure he's sorry now that he kill her and now doesn't want to spend the rest of his life in prison. I feel sorry for her parents, first they have to go through the trial and when the trial is over spend the rest of their lives without her.

he's a scary good actor in that he can make his voice tremble and shake.

Who in there right mind would shoot someone though a closed bathroom door? He is a very good actor. I read somewhere he has a new girlfriend so, he is not mourning the lost of his dead girlfriend. He has a anger management problem big time and he had a fight with his girlfriend the night he shot her.

Abusers are NOTORIOUSLY remorseful after an incident of abuse ...... and he's clearly a darn good actor!
Just curious --------- This reminds me a lot of the OJ Simpson trial where the country was so divided on his innocence or guilt. Has ANYONE seen any coverage on how South Africans' opinions are running on this question?

The new girlfriend must have a death wish. I dont know this case well and probably should not comment but if the door was closed to the bathroom then how much danger was he in at the moment. He could of gone into another room and hid and called for help. I dont think someone would break in and then go to the bathroom, hiding or not. He seems like an odd duck to me. He basically rose to fame and then possibly murders in the next breath. There is something not right about this case and his story.

They reported poor Oscar got sick in court (again) today. He's no longer testifying so he needs to gather sympathy.

I believe he's remorseful and legitimately puking and crying because he regrets going into a steroid induced rage and shooting her. Why would she bring the key of the bathroom in with her to use the bathroom? That's enough for me to believe she was trying to get away from him.

Has steroid use come up in the trial?

I do not believe it has. Before the trial, I read an article that speculated his temper could be affected by them.

I've caught bits and pieces of coverage of this trial and something doesn't feel right here. I don't believe him but that's based on my gut instinct only.
