The 2 week break will give the defense a chance to regroup. To me, it seems unfair.

They reported poor Oscar got sick in court (again) today. He's no longer testifying so he needs to gather sympathy.

Perhaps he should take anti nausea drugs before he appears in court each day. I'd be a horrible observer at this court proceeding. I don't do vomit. As a teacher, I lived in fear that one day some student would barf in my classroom and then I'd do the same. Had several close calls, but it never happened.

I do believe Oscar will be found responsible for Reva's death, but right now I'm not seeing an intent to kill..........

When I student taught, there was a boy who barely spoke the entire semester. My last day at my farewell party, others commented he ate a lot of cupcakes and drank a lot of Hawaiian punch. He came over to me, said my name, then threw-up ALL OVER ME. He got me everywhere from head to toe.

OH NO!!!!!!! That would be my worst nightmare. One of my teacher friends had a student throw up as she was opening her desk drawer. Needless to say, her desk was never the same. I'm just one of those people who have a phobia about vomit. Fortunately, I taught teens and they aren't as prone to in class incidents as the younger ones. They usually know enough to run out of the room. I've spent my life trying to avoid it, even in myself. Oscar Pistorius will have to vomit without me, because I won't be watching.

A judge looking at precedents and S African laws will determine the verdict as there is no jury trial system

The prosecution will have to convince not regular citizens but one judge, of guilt. To me the testimony is decidedly mixed. But it is their national system that will decide and I have no idea what would be "best." How can people who know nothing of the system have an "opinion" on the verdict?

It will be interesting to find out. I do have my own reactions to the testimony, but y'know? They are not relevant to the country in which he is being tried.

I guess I am a little tired of the hanging juries here. But there is evidence against him and some supporting him. Interested in hearing the outcome.

His girlfriend had the whole world in front of her. She was so beautiful and successful. I feel so sorry for her family. This entire event is so sickening.

{#emotions_dlg.scared}Who in there right mind would shoot someone though a closed bathroom door? He is a very good actor. I read somewhere he has a new girlfriend so, he is not mourning the lost of his dead girlfriend. He has a anger management problem big time and he had a fight with his girlfriend the night he shot her.

The new girlfriend must have a death wish. I dont know this case well and probably should not comment but if the door was closed to the bathroom then how much danger was he in at the moment. He could of gone into another room and hid and called for help. I dont think someone would break in and then go to the bathroom, hiding or not. He seems like an odd duck to me. He basically rose to fame and then possibly murders in the next breath. There is something not right about this case and his story.

I agree with you. Also he is contradicting himself on the stand and his own lawyer is getting sick of him already. According to CNN news. And what I have read about this case.
