My guess is there is something wrong with your method of payment.  You will have to call them to find out.

Have you called CS?????   Maybe they don't have in stock what you ordered......or there may be a problem with how you wanted to pay for what you ordered.  That is why you should call them.  Doubt anyone reading your thread would have an answer for you.

is the expiration date on your card up to date?  if you just got a new card, you maybe didn't change with the Q.
