How much longer will the online order status and tracking be down? Very irritating and disappointed in QVC…customer service has no answer. And now a new return system…fine for some people but not for alot of elderly people that shop with QVC. What is happening?

I just checked, my order status and tracking are both working for me.

@bostonwhitie Try a different browser.  I can't see my order status in Brave but I can on Safari & Chrome.

Same with me.    I use Edge. 

Ordered something last week; they sent the USPS tracking number, and it arrived exactly on the projected date.    di
