I placed two orders today and they are not showing up in my order status nor have I received my confirmation emails. Has this happened to anyone else?

might be in your 'junk' folder too.

oops you did check your order status. maybe it will come sooner or later because they want their money

@joco728 Happens frequently. Don't place another order or you'll probably get twice the items. Keep checking and if its not visible by morning, contact CS.

Yes, it's the way they do it now. Your order will show tomorrow, if it isn't already there..

You're right. It showed up today...it's as if they are taking away your chance to cancel. I swore I was done with them last month when after I had placed an order I tried to cancel and it went into processing mode immediately. After three days it was still in processing mode. Now it's getting worse. This will be my last order with them. Ever since the merger, they don't seem to care about their customers anymore. Very sad!
