Order Status

I went into order status to look for some previous purchases and while it goes back several years it isn't listing all the items I've purchased. Seems odd, for example, in 2011 it lists a returned product but none of the other items purchased that year. Has anyone else checked their order status and are missing items purchased or is it just me?
