Order Processing

I wasn't sure what category to place my inquiry, but.....is it ordinary for orders to take almost 3 weeks before they are delivered? Also, is it normal practices for an order to be 'in process' for more than a week? I almost want to cancel my order, it was time sensitive to start!

Any feedback is great!
