Order Delay

I ordered the Cuddles fleece sweater on Sept 14 thinking I would have it this weekend for a trip I am taking.  I checked the order status and it has been in Lancaster for 3 days.  I talked to customer service and received no answers.  I live in Pittsburgh so it shouldn't take that long .  I wish I had a choice of how to send it and I would never choose USPS  I would go with UPS.

I'm so sorry.  I've orderd things for a trip that arrived late - one or two days after I left.  It's very frustrating.  There is something really weird going on with shipping.  Everything is coming unusually late.

If it's imperative that I have something by a certain date, I'll pay extra for overnight or second day delivery.
