Only Three American Idol Judges?

I just read the announcement from Fox announcing the names of three judges. Keith Urban, Harry Connick Jr. and Jennifer Lopez with Randy Jackson coming back as a mentor. They made no mention of a fourth judge so does this mean they will only have three judges this season? I think choosing Harry Connick Jr. was fantastic as he will be ideal in that capacity and just might help their ratings.
