Like many on this board I’m a devout online shopper. What item can you search for for so long that you lose track of time. For me it’s sandals, I can look at them for what seems like hours and I never tire of looking at them. What item sends you down the rabbit hole ?

I love CP and AW rings, studs, and long necklace (36”). I have plenty of gem jewelry through the years.

Re: Online Shopping

[ Edited ]

For me, it’s skin care.  I am always looking. That’s how I know there are many, many brands that we never hear about. As good as any of the limited number of lines constantly aired on shopping channels (who don’t even present their own full inventory).

Searching is how I came across a long established company called Real Purity. Sound familiar?

I am not a devout shopper, but I am a devout researcher regarding academic pursuits.  I can get lost in time easily on the Internet when pursuing those interests.

It seems once I get on Etsy, I keep looking and looking and looking.

I am the same way I get lost in the "lives" of others.  From royalty of many countries, to the passenger lists and bio.'s on the Titanic Encyclopedia site, to my own hometown and the people who started the city.  So interesting to read about the people whose streets I drive on were named after.
