I'm excited.  Have the Olympics channel on now.  

Do you realize how great it is, to be able to work hard for this dream and get to go and participate.  We can kind of live through them.

I love the floor gymnastics that the girls do.  Man the muscles in their legs are huge on some of them.  Like the ice skaters who compete around the race track.

Will you be watching and what ones do you just love to see?

I can’t think of any I don’t like, but my favorites are skiing of any kind and curling.  I’ll be watching as much as I can. I really enjoy the background stories of these athletes, too.

Figure skating is my favorite winter event and gymnastics is my favorite summer event. Hope the Americans do well in the figure skating events.

I love watching just about all of it. Especially the skating and, in particular, the ice dancing.

Another figure skating fan here.  As a target shooter I also enjoy a rather obscure event called the biathalon.

Thank you for the reminder.  I'm so happy Matt Lauer won't be hosting this year.  I haven't heard who is replacing him, but Katie Couric will co-host the Opening Ceremonies
