If you know any senior citizens or handicapped people who are alone, PLEASE invite them to stay with you for a day or two. They are alone and relatively helpless in many cases, and they ae much more frightened and less able to cope than most of you younger folks. lderly people died in New Orleans because they were alone; and others died because they woud not leave their beloved pets (in many cases their only companion). They need your help desperately.

Imagine them stumbling around in the dark with a major storm raging outside. They may need food and clean waater. And they definitely require someone to help them.

They need someone to care right now, so please show that you CARE!
