Lay off telling someone who has taken on a big task that they are a victim. You only make things worse.
Shoo, fly. Grown-ups are talking about things you admittedly have no experience in..
Don't let her get you down Dam Yankee! Good luck to you and to BRANDONLEE, too!!!

I smoke the blu brand e-cigs. In my opinion, they are very weak compared to a traditional cigarette, but they are so delicious. When I first switched to blu e-cigs back in April of last year, I totally gave up the traditional cigarettes for a good solid 7 months. Then for some stupid reason I picked up regular cigarettes again (it's because they are stronger). Oh well, I smoke both now.... regular and electronic cigarettes. But I've cut way way back on the regular ones (Instead of a pack a day, more like 2 packs a week).

LucyGoose, try the Vapor4Life ones. The weakness was one of my biggest complaints with the Blu brand. Short battery life was another issue. V4L has different levels of nicotine available in their cartridges and liquids, as well as much stronger and longer lasting batteries.

Give it a try, Tansy. The Blu disposable is a great, inexpensive way to try it. There are a couple of other disposable brands out there, too. I've never tried them, but Walgreens carries at least 2 other brands that look more like an actual cigarette.

I am so proud of you. I quit back in 2001 but I started late and then stopped for a long time and then started back after 9/11......then quit two months later and I have not had one since...........every cig takes 4 minutes off a persons life and it take 15 years to get your lungs back to normal.......I think that is what the LUNG assn. said.........I thought it was 7 but she said no 15....so I have two more years and it will be like I never smoked.........YOU CAN DO IT.........take that money and save it and buy something that will make you happy. You will save a lot of money. When I stopped cigs were $1.36 each.........I was Virginia Slims menthol.....the worst is menthol.............YOU CAN DO IT......yes I still want one but I know that it kills..........and ages our skin...........and you will smell better........so will the home and car.........don't beat yourself up though.........you can do it and put an X on each day on the calendar that you did not have one at all.............blessings to you........I am just so proud of you.

Your lungs started healing when you had just one cig and have not had another one.......it is amazing what happens in your body just 7 days without a cig. Go to the lung assn. and they should have a chart...........when you want to smoke go walk.......call someone......post on here...........ride in your car...........read.....
