Re: One Cig. today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Wookie! Which brand do you use?

I don't like having to order online and wait for shipment, but I've been very happy with V4L. Still, if there's an excellent alternative that can be obtained, locally, I'd be willing to try it out.

You're welcome. I order my liquid online from a few different vendors. I like Velvet Cloud Vapor, Virgin Vapor, Alice in Vapeland, and Ahlusion. VCV and VV are both in the San Fran area. AIV is in New Mexico, and Ahlusion is in Michigan. I use 3 different batteries, an MVP2, a Spinner, and a Provari.

BRANDONLEE -

Congratulations, you've taken a big step Smile

I don't know much about the non-smoking aids, I quit cold turkey, but I know a lot of people like the nicotine patch.

I do have hints for you that you probably won't get from anyone else... behavior modification. It worked for me to change the behaviors I associated with smoking. I always sat in one chair and had a cigarette or more every day when I called my mother on the phone. I started calling her from our bedroom because I'd never smoked in there. It really helped.

See if there are behaviors like that you can change.

GOOD LUCK!

Yeah, I figured it was you.

Lay off telling someone who has taken on a big task that they are a victim. You only make things worse.

Shoo, fly. Grown-ups are talking about things you admittedly have no experience in..

Re: One Cig. today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Brandonlee!!! Good for YOU!!! You can do this . One day at a time. One minute at a time. Find something to do to replace the craving. Exercise, whatever.

My aunt who quit in her 40's is still with us. My mom her twin who never quit died years ago from lung cancer.

Never quit quitting!!!!

That's good advice! It doesn't matter if you tried before and didn't make it, try again.

Way to go, Brandonlee! There can't be a downside to giving up ciggies.
