Once again found baby kittens

About 3 years ago I found 2 kittens by my mailbox. They were about 5 weeks old. I kept them. They are the sweetest babies. I had 4 cats at the time. So that made 6.{#emotions_dlg.scared} Well last week I went to drop off a letter and found a litter of 4 babies. Mind you it was 100 degrees out. So I brought them in. So far I found homes for 2. I lost a cat a couple months ago.. So sad over that. I have one that is around 17 and one that so far since Jan spent over 1000 to find out what is wrong with her. She is just sick and I think I will lose her soon.. She is on meds for seizures and I think going blind Vet has rules every big sickness out. I wasn't going to get any more cats. I'm not sure what to do. I don't know how people can just dump them and walk away. Help Robin
