On-line rebate programs and Ebay

I posted a similar thread on the Fashion forum but it might get more response here. As of today, Ebay has suspended using Mr. Rebates and most/all other on-line rebate sites. The Mr. Rebates site says that Ebay is "running an internal test." Whatever that means.

Anyway, I did a live chat with an Ebay support person and registered my disappointment about the situation and encouraged Ebay to continue allowing us to use MR and other such programs. We got cut off before I was finished typing my explanation of what MR was. BUT I just got a follow-up phone call from Ebay CS. I told that person also that I hoped Ebay would go back to allowing MR and other rebate programs. Perhaps if enough of us talk to Ebay, it will help them decide to allow us to use rebate programs.
