I plan to exercise in the morning, too....I always feel better once I have....then will do some home chores, some errands, and get ready for the week ahead.

My physical therapist added four new exercises for my home routine, so that is how I will start the day. Have a neighborhood reception tomorrow afternoon.

Have a nice Sunday RRR, for me I have a lot that has to done around here I have been helping with a event the last three day and just got home a couple hours ago so I am just trying to make my self go take a shower and go to bed. All my furniture is still on my deck and has to be put away but it is raining here tonight so guess I will see how it is in the morning. You know when you come in your home and go out of it for a couple days you tend to leave things out that should be put away so have to do that. Hope your doing well. Take care.

Cater I hope your things outside will be fine after the rain...........so sorry. Just enjoy tomorrow and take your time. I am in so much pain right now. I was not in pain but the medicine only lasted 2-3 hours the most and I am still awake after my sleeping pills......ugh........crazy.
