Every day we have to be vigilant against falling for them.

Yes, we know about the 'poor princess' in prison who will give you a portion of her wealth if you match her funds.

The poor parents and grandparents who send bail money for relatives because they think they've been arrested and put in foreign jails.

The (on line) dating sights where the people are convicts or worse. C/P pictures out of facebook and pretending that's who they look like.

Apartment, home, and hotel hunters looking for places in other states or countries (on line) only to get the shock of their lives upon arrival.

People who pad their resumes with fake degrees.

All kinds of hokus pokus goes on. So, how do we know for a certainty that on line posters are who they say they are?
