I may keep watching it because it intrigues me - it reminds me of that old movie called The Stepford Wives. Everyone is just too good looking, too happy, teeth too white and straight... you get what I mean!
So true!
You would think by now if he was, someone surely by now would of come out and said so...

I saw the first show and it was laugh out loud funny. I do not watch reality shows. I think because most are full of low class, skanky people. Not that Chrissley and his family do not have their moments...LOL But he's funny and he's very likable and did I say he's funny. I don't know if it will become must see tv for me but I'll watch more episodes. My father's from the south and some of the things that Chrissley says are things that I heard all my life. That "class before Axx" line. My Grand would say that when she spotted someone in a short mini skirt.

The UK has even worse shows than the US including realty shows. We just happen to get their best shows here. They show plenty of junk over there including our junk such as the Real Housewives.
adelle38, I agree with what you and jackthebear said about the junk on UK tv. As far as the trend, imho it will continue as long as it's so much cheaper to produce and air so-called "reality tv" and as long as the viewers continue to watch (and, thus, support it).

The Dad was on The View this morning, the show is on USA Network, that is what they said.

I haven't nailed down all the reasons why, but I find the father unlikeable. Watching him play high and mighty with others cannot be any part of my personal entertainment or I'll have to jump off a bridge. (not seriously!)
He's too much of a grand poobah in his own mind.

Haven't seen the show and won't be watching but I read somewhere he was a neighbor of Kris Kardashian at some time. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she is involved in this show, the woman is all about money and trash.

Now that's funny! Have only seen annoying commercials. Won't be watching.
