Love, love, love olives. My favorites are the Klamata

Greek black olives. Great in salads, as topping for pizza, etc.

I dice/mince black olives and add it to egg salad sandwich with sweet pickle relish.  Yum.   I grew up with plenty of canned black olives and green olives (in a jar); although, I haven't cared for the green for many years, but it's worth a try to try them again.  Never know......

We all LOVE olives!

When I was a little kid my mother would make a sandwich for me of chopped black olives with a little mayo mixed in, I still love it.  Sometimes I mix the chopped olives in with tuna and a little mayo for a sandwich.

Our favorite is Kalamata brined olives from Trader Joe's.  I put them in salads or on the table as a side. I also cook with them.  When I roast veg I usually throw in a few Kalamata olives to perk things up.

I love olives of all kinds, and enjoy trying the many different varieties that are out there.

I especially like them in my Bloody Mary's.  Woman Wink

I'm glad you mentioned that because I was about to ask what good is a Martini without a stuffed olive?

I love olives. If I buy them canned I usually take them out and put them in a bottle with olive oil, spices and herbs as well as lemon slices. We eat them here like candy!

I make my mother's version I've had since I was a kid.

Get large green olives with the pits still in them.  Drain, hit once with a mallet to expose the meat inside.  Put in a glass container with a lot of EVOO, at least half a cup, I use more, and add A LOT of minced fresh garlic.  Marinate maybe overnight.

OMG, delicious.  DH steals the minced garlic oil and puts it on a sandwich.

You can buy them already chopped up small.  In the grocery olive section, look for the short, smaller can.
