Old topic, still a problem!

Why is QVC's processing time and shipping soooo slow! I ordered something early on 6/11 from both QVC and Nordstrom. QVC still in process today, yet I am not able to cancel the order. The order from Nordstrom was shipped the next day and will be here tomorrow! No wonder I rarely order fro the Q!
