Okay.....Isaac Mizrahi 12 George Simonton 0..WHY??????

Can someone tell me why Isaac gets to have a TSV about once a month and George Simonton gets none. Whose decision is this? George's clothing line is much superior and priced more reasonably. I don't get it.
