Hey Ladies. I totally agree with JaneMarple's post. I am not telling anyone to wear a tight corset 24/7; that's absurd. The smoothing a piece of shapewear can do to your midsection can make a a world of difference to your appearance and posture.

I think dress clothes look nicer when you have a shaper on.  I don't wear one all the time.  It depends on what I'm wearing and what the occasion is.

Just a curious question...did you have to undo those hooks everytime you needed to use the bathroom.....with my bladder i would be having tragic accidents before i could get out of this...lol....

It isn't hard at all. It's a soft cool knit. The stays are firm (otherwise what would be the point) but they're not whalebone or steel and there are only like 4 of them.
