Odd question about moving

Still working on getting out o' here. NOW my security systems says BAT (battery), called the company = man come $25 change battery (26.00). said to cancel all. if I'm getting out of here, why should I keep up the security? Wouldn't the realtor have a lock box or something? what think you? Just NOT wanting to pay for a guy and battery (dear knows where the darn box is in the basement,,,sorry,,,,I AM going to look for it),,,,BUT it's just another c r a ppy charge for something simple (PLAN is see if I CAN get battery at Radio Shak,,,,can't find # for battery yet tho in my info, grrr, was I set up??) sorry if goofy thread, got cut off and had to 'climb my way back' as best I could. Pay it and let it go????
