I'm giving it a chance......Looking back at first episodes of various successful series, I'm going to give this series time for the actors to relax, become more endearing, etc.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I haven't watched the pilot yet, but am looking forward to it (it's waiting for me on one of the Tivos because I snagged a Season Pass as soon as it hit the Tivo guide). I like Matthew Perry and I always hope for his projects to be successful. I even enjoyed his last sitcom. It was very short-lived, but I enjoyed it.

I've seen reviews everywhere from 3.5 out of 4 stars to a D+ so I guess it's pretty subjective. I read that Perry and Lennon are really good together, so I'm glad for that. Will probably watch the pilot tonight.

If it ain't got the original movie actors or the ones from tg0he TV Series? Be tough for me too like it. Rather watch originals on TV Land or the other "retro" networks . Might say, I is stuck in the past. XXXXXXXXXXXXX--ETA: Jack Klugman/Tony Randall/Walter Matthau/Jack Lemon.

It was ok. I'm giving it a chance. I don't think Matthew Perry is a very good Oscar.

Hi TOPAZ GEM....ITA it seems that in both TV and movies these days it's the same plots over and over.

It seems the writers were more creative in the past.......the comedies were actually funny, their was real suspense in mysteries/drama instead of a formula ending etc.....

I did like the ORIGINAL Odd Couple ....... they didn't need to remake it!
