Is it a TV show? When and what channel is it on?

It was on last night ( Thursday) at 8:30 on CBS. I am not sure if that is it's permanent time or not.

i just watched it. Not LOL funny, but it may get better. I just think Tony Randall was one of a kind in that role.

I'm done with P.C. Just say what you mean and mean what you say. It's easier.

Funny show but the original is a classic.

I know this has nothing to do with anything but Matthew Perry's speech was driving me nuts. It was like he got his teeth capped or something and his speech was off.

I watched about 15 minutes and thought the show was horrible.

We can't compare anything to the originals, but this show seems to have a lot of potential. Many viewers may not be familiar with the original. This show was cuter than many shows on these days.

Why can't Hollywood come up with original ideas? They've been on a remake craze in both TV and the big screen for years now. They've got the most creative minds in the country right at their disposal, yet they can't seem to come up with anything new.

It was as if he was trying too hard not to sound like Walter Matthau or Jack Klugman. I did recognize some of the dialogue that was from the original film. I might watch it again, just to see how it goes, but then I can always see the tv re-runs on another cable channel, & I have a copy of the film. I think it's pretty hard, though, to try to be as good as the original film & original tv series.

My biggest beef about this show, & some films these days, is that it seems like nobody can come up with an original idea any more. What's up with that?

I watched it last night but I didn't pay much attention to it. It was on more or less for background noise. I'll have to make sure to really watch it next week. I have never seen the original series or the movie, so I have nothing to compare it to.
