OVER PRONATION FOOT PROBLEM

Well-I have an over pronated left foot-now what I'd like to know is how on earth do you buy shoes esp. on line?

Do I get an orthotic?

This is very recent-My foot was fine up until about a month an a half ago.

I have ceramic tiles in my kitchen and noticed that my foot would suction cup itself on to the tile.....

Gettin older is not for sissies.
