Does anyone know who I can get in contact with concerning a food purchase at HSN? I called to complain about Ferris nut and cancel an auto-delivery and the operator would only offer me a partial refund because it was a food item. When they present on TV they say full 30 day refund. In the end she gave me half of my money back. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks
