OT: HSN Food Refund Revisited

SO, I took the advice of the women who replied to my earlier post. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. The service agent asked me what it was in regards to. I explained the situation about the partial refund for the food item I bought. I asked why it was advertised as you getting a full refund within 30 day but I wasn't offered a full refund. She asked if I opened the food I said yes. She said she thought it was reasonable that I was only offered a partial refund because it was food and I had opened it. How else would I notice the problem if I hadn't open the Ferris nuts. She told me I was being unreasonable. I then told her that they say full refund within 30 day. I also told her I ordered food from QVC and they refunded all my money when I had a problem using crab cake s as an example. She then told me that their company would go broke if they refunded all the money for crab cakes if a customer had a problem. I told her it was false advertising. She gave me my full refund and then hung up on me. Oh yeah and there were raised voices on both ends. But not screaming and yelling more excited.

So I have cancelled my future auto delivery items with the company. I don't think I will be ordering form them, which is sad because I order all my Andrew Lessman from them. I am bummed by the whole situation. I am a good customer and never had a problem with them before. They have always helpful. I ordered air purifier and they gave me a number to contact the company because it was after the 30 day order date.

Oh by the way if anybody knows how I can reach the President or anyone else form HSN please let me know. Thanks
