HSN online? I have no idea how to do this? I tried sending an email asking how to edit my order but that's not working for me either. On the line where it says "phone number" I typed that in and it keeps telling me I didn't. Help please if you can. Thanks. All I want to do is change from lavender to blue....what am I doing wrong. Forget customer service, all you ever get are phone prompts.

Call their Customer Service. That is what I would do.

I always get through to their live C/S people without any problem. When in doubt, I hit "zero". Forgot to add….they have great C/S people!

I had good luck calling their CS when my shipping address wasn't accepted online for some unknown reason.

When all else fails, place the order that you want and cancel the first one. I did that with something once, when I realized I had a coupon or something ~ can't quite remember. And, yes, HSN's customer service is exemplary !
