@Tinkrbl44 I liked her bee pins and have a collection of them.
I also have two of her lady bug bracelets.
Her jewelry was so well made in Rhode Island.

@Venezia wrote:@SportyShorty07 - LOL. No, DH isn't fearless in other ways. Spiders? Mice? He once yelled for me to come running...there was a spider in the bath!!! A spider that was maybe an inch wide. I always scoop them up and put them outside. (He grew up a city boy, what can I say? I grew up in the country.)
But he's a very good man in every other way and that's what matters.
Right now we're watching our resident porcupine and about 10 wild turkeys stroll across our back lawn. We have all kinds of critters here. The deer usually show up to snaffle the seed from the bird table a couple of times a day.
@Venezia Thank you for sharing your husband's fears! I'm a little afraid of spiders and mice too- and I'm a city girl 😄. I bet your husband is a great catch and I'm certain that he's a truly great man in every way 😊💗. I haven't been married yet, but two of my ex boyfriends had interesting fears. One ex boyfriend was very afraid of swimming. I used to teach toddlers and kids how to swim. I gave him his first swimming lesson at 31 years old in the shallow end of the pool. My ex was clinging to my arms out of fear at first, but I successfully taught him how to float on his back and kick with a kickboard from one end of the pool to the other. Another ex boyfriend was afraid of his own feet- he wore socks 24/7 except for a few minutes in the shower. He had nice feet! But he was terrified them.
Porcupines, wild turkeys, deer and birds! Your home's surrounding land and wildlife sound so gorgeous and charming! I'd love to see those animals outside.

@Enufstuff Happy Spring season! Do you have your beautiful Spring wreath up on your door? I bet your gold arm band bracelet, snake jewelry and Joan Rivers bee jewelry look beautiful on you 🤗. I googled Queen Victoria's snake engagemnt ring- its really beautiful! I did a search online, and I think that I want to get a gold snake pendant to put on my thin gold Singaporean chain. Thank you, Enuffstuff! I felt really brave when I draped that python around my shoulders- It weighed a lot and it was pure muscle 🙂.

I guess I'm surprised that you are surprised.
You have never encountered snake designs in jewelry before? They have been around for thousands of years, and they have been represented by various jewelry vendors on shopping channels.
One person's phobia is another person's vibe.
No I have never seen a snake ring that I can recall especially like that creepy thing ! No judgement on those who love that kind of thing but it's not for me.

My mother had a beautiful silver snake bracelet. I got some of her jewelry when she passed, but I don't know what happened to that bracelet. It's something I admired and would have worn had it been passed down to me.

@SportyShorty07 Happy Spring and Happy Easter to you,
dear girl.
The forsythia bushes are not in bloom yet, it has been too cold, but they have tiny green buds. When they bloom, I will hang up my Spring forsythia wreath.
After Valentine's Day, I hung up my boxwood peace sign wreath that has a bow I made with yellow and blue ribbons.
(Ukraine colors) It also has a white dove ornament that I got on Etsy, from a lady in Ukraine.
There are two doors that I put wreaths on, so I have several
wreaths. In May, when the magnolias bloom, I'll put up a magnolia wreath and after that, the one with blue hydrangeas
and yellow flowers and two little antiques birds with real feathers. In June I'll hang a colorful wreath with lots of silk flowers in various colors. That will be it until fall.
I hope that you find a gold snake pendant that you like. I'm
sure that there are many lovely ones online to choose from.
I like Singapore chains, they are very pretty.
That upper arm bracelet was something I wore in my twenties and gave away years ago. It was fun to wear at the time. I do like to wear the bee pins on jackets. Not getting dressed up for work every day, now that I'm retired, a lot of my jewelry does not get worn much anymore unless I'm going out. I mostly just wear earrings at home. I have been giving some of my jewelry to my girls and they love it.
Happy blessed Easter to you and your family.
p.s. I cracked up laughing, reading about your former boyfriend who was afraid of his feet. That was a strange one!
I'm sure that you could write a book about some of your dating experiences.
Tonight I'm going to post a picture of Toni in her Easter dress.

@teganslaw That is too bad that your mother's snake bracelet
was not found. My grandmother gave me a silver
snake bracelet and I gave it to my oldest daughter.
