OCD and Song Repeats

I heard this song a couple times now and knew I loved it from the beginning. I decided to go online to get the lyrics. Then I watched the video. The song is by Goyte called Somebody That I Used to Know. The trouble now is that I cannot get it out of my head. It's playing all the time and I'm dreaming it too. I love the song, but it puts me in a very melancholy mood.

I seem to only obsess like this with certain songs. Please tell me I'm not alone!
