O/T One Time Only items

Just wondering if I am the only one who has been noticing that whenever they seem to have a "One time Only" - if you look at the reviews, they are pretty old..... also seems like they don't carry all of the colors, sizes etc. Maybe it's a way for them to move out an old stock item. Any of you think the same? I saw the sweater that is currently one time only and they don't even show the purple color being available....... {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
