O/T I really need your prayers...

It all started with a headache late Thursday afternoon. By bedtime Thursday evening I had severe pain in the right side of my neck and right shoulder that moved down my right arm. When I woke up Friday morning the pain was still there and had also moved into my right hand. I thought I had pinched a nerve or somethng like that. My DH works out of town but made it home Friday afternoon. He wanted to take me to the ER, but silly ole me had different ideas. I wanted to go Christmas shopping. So, I took an Aleve pain pill and off we went. By the time we headed home early Friday evening my right arm, hand, and fingers started a combination of tingling and numbness. The tingling and numbness also moved over to my left hand and fingers. The numbness feels like when your arm goes to sleep once in awhile. I know I should have gone to the ER over the weekend. My DH has to get up at 3AM and head back out of town to his job site. He's 3 hours away and won't be home again until Friday. I don't drive. My DDIL is taking me to the ER Tuesday morning on her day off. Please, keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I have no idea what could be wrong with me. I'm 56 and in reasonably good health. My doctor says I'm borderline diabetic and I should try to loose a few pounds.
