O/T EBay problem

I purchased 2 items (same seller) on eBay 1/27/013. I have yet to hear from this person selling these 2 items. I have sent notes, have gotten zero replies. I finally contacted eBay to ask them which way should I go from here. I was given the name and phone number of this person in western U.S. The listing says to be delivered between Feb.1 or 2nd. Granted the selling price was $27.00 total (for both items).

When should I contact this seller to see if there is a problem or should I just let it ride for another week or so???? I do not want to be harassing in any way, shape or form. Seller has a 99.5% rating.

This is the first time I have had any problem with a seller, I have purchased many times from eBay before never an ounce of problems.

Any guidence would be helpful
