I had the weekend off and now I am starting week 2. It is even easier than week one. I wish I tried this long ago. I am eating so much food. Yes it is not what I used to eat but I am eating more. I am also almost off the diet coke. If anyone has any tips for the vegatable part I am open to suggestions.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.
