It might be easier to stick with if you were payed MILLIONS$$$$$ like Marie Osmond.

She's still eating that stuff? Ick.

I really doubt she ever did.

By law, she has to use the product at least some of the time. Years ago there was a blond actress stumping for hair color, and her "legal" use of the product was a strand of her hair at the back of her head.

I don't know if they still have it but the funniest thing was a dried hamburger that you put water on and it puffs up into a ""real"" burger.

I said OMG now not only am I fat evidently I am trying out to be an astronaut!

I did lose 30 pounds on NS but it was because I stopped eating most of the food.

My friend lost 100lbs on the program. At the time she was working alot of hours and liked that the meals were already thought out. She had a baby a year later and slowly gained it all back.

I think programs like this are OK for those struggling to lose weight IN THE SHORT TERM. The food is highly processed, and full of sodium, with little real nutritional value. But, if it jumpstarts someone into portion control, weight loss, and lifestyle change, then it probably isn't bad in the short term.

My mom ordered the food one time, and I thought it was very high in sodium and not really all that good. I could eat it, but it wasn't really enjoyable or good.

WOW! That is a lot of weight to lose.{#emotions_dlg.scared} So sad she never really learned how to eat properly and gained it all back. She must have felt horrible. I think that is the problem with these programs giving you the food to eat... once you go on your own, you do not really have the tools to continue the portion control and such, and you go back to your old eatting patterns that got you in trouble in the first place.

Have you tried this? You can choose what you want and it's good.

Whether or not someone succeeds is a choice. If you want to win, you really have to work at it and sometimes life keeps you so busy, you end up on the back burner in tending to yourself. It is a job!

I don't understand any of these so called diets. All people have to do is cut out junk food, eat healthier food, and work out. Its that simple. There is no magic potion.
