I wonder if this has happened to any of you who have chosen this plan, the customized meal plan. They charge you more for this plan, because you can choose the foods you want. I chose this for the first time and received it last week, they substituted other items for at least three of the ones I had chosen, I am not too happy about that, having paid extra. I called QVC customer service, and they couldn't do a thing for me, they told me I would have to call Nutri System directly, of course there is no one there on Saturday. I still think QVC should have given me a little credit for my troubles. If anyone has ordered it that way have you had any problems too? Don't get me wrong I have been on some of their other plans and have lost 49 lbs.
