November 2011/January 2012 Easy Pay On Demand

Just wondering if anyone has received their Easy Pay On Demand for November 2011 & January 2012? I have been receiving these pretty steadily for several years usually at the end of October but this year so far nothing. I didn't receive a birthday easy pay on demand either this year and I am categorized by QVC to be one of the top 500 contributors (which means I buy A LOT!) So has anyone else received their Thanksgiving 2011 Easy Pay On Demand yet?

Last month during a Dooney & Bourke show Lisa Robertson elluded to a really special November Dooney & Bourke special. Has anyone else heard about this one and know what it might be yet? I love & covet their new florentine bags but they are so pricey!
