I feel like I'm back to square 1. I'm having to sign in numerous times during the day again after it's been fixed for a long time. It's a sure bet they haven't changed computer programmers. They are clueless.

@Judaline, as an IT professional myself, I have a soft spot iin my heart for programmers/developers. They are never recognized for their successes, but boy howdy when one little thing goes wrong they are slammed by users coming down hard on them, such as your post just did (the “they’re clueless” remark). They’ll fix it, I’m sure of that. When they do, I bet many of the posters currently slamming them won’t bother to say thank-you.

The problem @SurferWife  is that with this site, it's consistent and it's never just one thing... and it's almost never a quick fix. There have been consistent problems with these forums ongoing since fall and with the retail side of the site as well. I'm sorry, but I have to agree with @Judaline. I'd add that it doesn't seem the Q hires from the top drawer where their on-line presence is concerned. That said, having worked closely with IT staff for many years, I also know that it isn't always easy and that some things are out of their control, especially if management isn't committed to making needed changes that would enhance functionality and the overall user experience.

If they are like many companies,the tech people know what needs to be done but the company won't fork over the funds.

Had I not revisited a thread in the TV forum, I would not have known someone notified me until I saw their post.

I just posted over on Customer Care.....  I used to have Corporate's number, but can't locate it any more.  So, if any of you have it, might be a good idea to give them a call and inform them of this problem.  Keep calling them until they get it fixed.  Maybe post their number on here and then all of us could call them.  

 

This isn't the only problem they have right now.  I too had to sign in 4 times yesterday....  Got kicked out for no reason at all.
