Notifications - Are They Messed Up Again?

While reading in one of the the forums, I saw a pop up that someone mentioned me.  I clicked into my notifications, to see which comment it was and there was a message that said, "You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."  

Anyone else?

Yesterday I got several notifications from one thread I posted on back in June which was a very long thread.
