Anybody else not getting emails when you make a purchase ?
I used to get an email when I would order something, now, I don't.
Have they changed that? I have to check my 'order status' page to prove to myself that I really did order. Thought maybe I dreamed it or something.

I haven't been getting them lately either....figured they just stopped doing it....although Amazon and other retail stores still send me a confirmation of my order.

Worries me because one time before I never received an email on a popular item, so, I called in to CS and they said it sold out. It's like I had gotten in under the wire,then, I didn't. Glad I called or I would had been waiting on something that wasn't coming.
They need to shore up this whole process.

Yes, I am getting my confirmation emails.0 for orders.
Not that any of my hotmail messages are easy to find!

I have been having a problem for months now with not receiving email notifications about upcoming tsvs and other promotional notifications. All of a sudden one day they stopped coming. I do however receive order related emails. In addition, I can reply on a forum topic as I am doing here, but cannot post a new message. I have reported these issues at least three times through telephone customer service with no success. So perhaps customer care rep Cindy on this forum can help me ? Thank you.

Saw this thread and went to look at my email - and the QVC notification was there.
I usually check minutes after making a purchase, but yesterday for some reason I skipped that step.
Hope CS figures out your problem @SharkE

I also do not recieve conf. notices,think that is dis continued.
