Re: Not one post asking about me

I've noticed that quite a number of posters are asked about when they are gone. Must depend on who you are. And how well liked you are. That's life

Hi @goldensrbest

Congratulations!

You just did something super admirable, imho.

You stuck up for yourself.

You put your needs, right out there for any one who was capable, could help meet your needs!  How else is any one to know, if a person doesnt do what you did - put it right out there!!    I like it!!

I'll just say that I don't think wondering where a poster is who hasn't posted for awhile is

"creepy," "taking attendance," or "monitoring who comes and goes."

I think of it as hoping someone you post with most everyday or a lot is ok. And we have seen times when they are not ok.

It's ok not to notice if you don't really have that kind of experience

here but I don't see the need to make it seem like such a strange thing to wonder where someone is either.

There are many posters here so I totally get not knowing or noticing every poster gone missing especially if you don't frequent the same threads.

But when those who you like seeing and enjoy their posts haven't posted for awhile, you hope they are ok. We see a lot of call out, where are you threads here so it's not unusual.

Some actually care about the person behind the nick with who they post with. Imagine that!
