I didn't hear it on the news, I saw the news here. I don't have the TV or radio running all day. IMO this is such a meaningless thing to complain about.

I don't think it bothers people per se ..but I know for myself when you get a scanning list of top forum subjects and they are all the same topic ..it is frustrating.

It is like everybody tries to rush and be the first one to post..and then they don't look and notice 15 topics already.

Just on Fashion about ten topics are about Joan...I get the RIP and Memorial ones but ""what was your first piece of JR jewelry"" lol..that cracked me up...sometimes reading all of these forums I think somebody works for Family Feud looking for the top FOUR answers on the board LOL!!

I think Joan Rivers deserves every thread that is started about her.

She did say some things this year that I didn't like but at the same time at my house we never watched Johnny Carson unless she was host.

I remember watching that Lifetime movie with my mother. You have to give her and Melissa credit for doing that.

I was sad when Robin Williams died but this is different for me. So sudden and unexpected. I just saw her on David Letterman it might have been a repeat.

To me this is one of those helpful harry threads by a member of the board police.
