No. Not when he is doing it in the United States, unless they are planning on taking away his Green Card, or whatever he uses to be in the United States. Not sure if he is a citizen. Believe the last I heard he was not.

G-d forbid that we can talk about anything important. We'd be shut down right away. So everybody, let's talk about something totally unimportant like the Bieb. Personally, I think the little s--t is a real dirt bag.
